Check-in and boarding

Check in with your booking reference from 24 hours until 2 hours before departure.

Arrive on time
Arrive 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international departures.

Check your baggage
Drop baggage within the allowance and keep the baggage receipt.

Proceed to the gate
Be at the gate shown on your boarding pass at least 45 minutes before departure.

Travel documents
Carry valid identification for domestic flights and a passport valid for at least six months for international travel.
Travelling with children
Review age rules, fares, and the unaccompanied-minor service before booking.
Restricted items
